Advanced hydraulic system
Efficient and precise: The main pump type of Caterpillar axial piston pump + pilot pump is adopted, and the maximum flow of the main pump is 404L/min. With the advanced hydraulic interactive sensing system, one of the two hydraulic pumps can be used to provide sufficient power for the engine, making the machine speed faster, the pivot rotation faster and more powerful, improving the excavation performance and efficiency, and the control is high in precision and smooth, which can meet various complex excavation and operation needs.
Energy-saving and durable: The boom and stick regeneration circuit can save energy during the operation of boom lowering and stick retracting, thereby improving efficiency, shortening cycle time and reducing pressure loss for higher productivity, lower operating costs and better fuel efficiency. The hydraulic cylinder buffer absorbs impact, reduces noise and extends component life.

High-quality materials and workmanship: The main frame is strong and durable, with an X-shaped box-section body, which has excellent anti-twisting ability. The track roller frame welded by the manipulator is a pressed pentagonal component with high strength and long service life. It can maintain a stable working state during long-term high-intensity construction.
Reliable undercarriage system: The strong and durable Cat undercarriage system can absorb stress and provide excellent stability. The track rollers, sprocket wheels and idlers are sealed and lubricated, so they have a long service life and can extend the machine's operating time on the construction site. It is suitable for various complex ground conditions.

Strong digging capacity: The bucket digging force can reach 140.1kN, the digging force of the digging arm is 106.4kN, the maximum digging depth is 6710mm, the maximum digging height is 9840mm, and the maximum unloading height is 6500mm. It can adapt to different digging depth and height requirements, whether it is foundation pit excavation, river dredging or earthwork transfer.
Multi-functional machine adaptation: The location of the hydraulic system and components is reasonably designed to provide a high level of system efficiency. The main pump, control valve and hydraulic oil tank are close to each other, making the connecting pipelines between components shorter, thereby reducing friction loss and pressure drop. The control circuit is provided as an accessory, which enhances versatility and can be used to operate medium and high pressure machines such as hydraulic shears, grabs, hydraulic hammers, crushers, multi-purpose processors and vibrating plate compactors.

Comfortable cab: The pressurized cab with forced filtered ventilation is standard configuration, and fresh air or recirculated air can be selected. The cab is spacious, quiet and comfortable, with an adjustable monitor angle to minimize sun glare and information displayed in Chinese and 26 other languages.
Ergonomic design: The pilot-operated joystick controls are effortless to operate and are designed to allow the operator to maintain a natural wrist and arm posture to maximize comfort and reduce fatigue. The standard suspension seat can be adjusted fore and aft, height and weight to accommodate the operator's size and weight. Easy maintenance
Easy access to service points: The 320D is designed and laid out with the needs of service technicians in mind, and many service points are easily accessible from the ground, allowing for quick and efficient service and maintenance. The left rear service door provides easy access to the engine radiator, oil cooler and air-to-air aftercooler, 2nd and 3rd fuel filters and fuel cooler. The radiator is equipped with a water tank and drain cock to simplify maintenance.
